Leadership Structures for the Church in Mission

Leadership Structures for the Church in Mission is a workshop on church governance designed to help churches with the leadership issues they are facing. Dan Hotchkiss will lead this workshop November 7-8 for pastors and others in congregational leadership roles from all Anabaptist related churches. It is offered through a partnership between CMU, MB Church of Manitoba and Mennonite Church Manitoba.

Dan Hotchkiss, senior consultant with the Alban Institute and author of Governance and Ministry: Rethinking Board Governance (2009), is a leading authority in North America on how churches can best organize themselves for effective ministry.
