Youth Pastor

Crossway Elm Creek is looking for a full-time Youth Pastor who has a dedicated faith in Jesus, is highly relational, and has strong organizational, teaching and leadership skills to work with our staff and volunteers. We are a rural church of about two hundred. We have a vibrant student ministry with a grade 9-12 group of about twenty-five and a grade 6-8 group of about thirty students. We are located 45 minutes southwest of Winnipeg.

The Youth Pastor works closely with church leadership and volunteers to disciple the students of Crossway Elm Creek and surrounding area and nurture a culture that results in young people on mission. Plan and implement a strategy that faithfully reflects Crossway’s mission and vision.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ministry – 60%

Leadership Development – 20%

Administration – 15%

Personal Development – 5%
