Leadership Development – Getting Involved

We are all called to life-long learning and growth whether we are in high school, vocational ministry or retirement. God is at work in many ways; we invite you to discover your next step.

As MBCM meets with our churches to discuss the need to develop strong, Christ-centred, missional leaders, we have become aware of the diverse ways individuals and congregations are equipped. The means we use may differ, but our goal remains the same: to engage and inspire participation in the process. Regardless of where you find yourself on the path, we invite you to ask, where has God placed you? How is God inviting you to grow?

Below is a snapshot of upcoming events and programs. Consider some possibilities to connect in growing your faith.

As you look for direction for your next step, talk with your pastor or a trusted mentor, and let us know how we can help. Regardless of age, gender, cultural background, or other demographic category, we will do our best to help you find your fit.
